Wayne Reid is a veterinarian with the United States Department of Agriculture. He received both a Masters of Science and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University. He has always had an interest in wildlife and spent 4 years volunteering in raptor rehabilitation at the Carolina Raptor Center. He has also spent time at the Wildlife Center of Virginia and the Minnesota Raptor Center. He is an avid bird watcher and enjoys teaching other people how to identify birds and other native wildlife.
